Building on its existing performance printing on thick materials, it now enables three-dimensional texture expression through ink layering and improved conformability to diverse shapes like curved surfaces and irregularities. This supports high-value-added manufacturing across a wide range of fields, including custom goods businesses and industrial printing, opening new possibilities for industrial printing.

Emboss print upto 5mm
Achieve stunning 3D textures and tactile surfaces with precision. The printer enables raised emboss printing up to 5 mm, adding depth and premium finish to signage, packaging, and decorative products.
Hi-Speed Primer Function
Integrated high-speed primer layer printing allows faster multi-layer production. Compared to previous models, the Plus II e applies primer in a dedicated fast mode, reducing total print time while maintaining perfect adhesion on diverse materials.
LD mode
The extended LD mode supports printing on materials up to 10 mm thick, expanding compatibility with rigid substrates such as wood, metal, glass, and acrylic without compromising precision or quality.
Ink-saving FUNCTION
Equipped with Mimaki’s renowned ink-saving technology, the system optimizes droplet placement and minimizes ink waste. This ensures lower running costs and consistent color accuracy throughout long production runs.

THREE NEW FUNCTIONS
“Ink Saving” function to have the lowest printing costs on the market
Reduces ink consumption by up to 50% while keeping the color of the printed design intact. Ink reduction levels can be set with RasterLink7 rip software in one simple operation. There is therefore no need for specific knowledge or additional tools to set the color.
The previous model supports printing up to two layers and it is necessary to decide already during the installation of the printer whether to print white + color or color + white.
The UJV100-160 Plus, however, has the “pull-back” printing function, which allows printing up to three layers. This new feature allows both modes to be printed regardless of the ink color matrix. Furthermore, it provides added value to the printing process and the application itself.

The most common labels and stickers are made by printing onto a substrate and then using Finalcut9 cutting process software.
Now you can process output for cutting directly from RasteLink7 to Mimaki CG-AR series cutting plotters, improving operator efficiency during cutting operations. This process allows direct connection between printing and cutting machines even if the output PC does not have the software installed.
