The UJV100-160Plus is the entry-level model for sustainable sign and graphics printing, featuring low operating costs, versatile expression and ease of printing for everyone. It features the basic functions of the conventional “UJV100-160” with three additional value-added functions to further expand the application range, reduce operating costs and improve work efficiency. Most significantly, Mimaki customers can utilize 3-layer printing with clear ink to create exquisite finishes, adding value to their printing applications such as window graphics, wallpaper and backlit signs.
ROLL-TO-ROLL UV LED PRINTER WITH LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND HIGH PROFITABILITY
The new UJV100-160 Plus retains the core features of the existing UJV100-160 model, while introducing three new functions to expand its application range. In addition, it reduces production costs and improves work efficiency.
With a maximum power consumption of just 0.5kW, the UJV100-160 Plus uses about 20% less energy than eco-solvent and latex printers currently on the market, helping businesses reduce not only expenses but also CO₂ emissions.

THREE NEW FUNCTIONS
“Ink Saving” function to have the lowest printing costs on the market
Reduces ink consumption by up to 50% while keeping the color of the printed design intact. Ink reduction levels can be set with RasterLink7 rip software in one simple operation. There is therefore no need for specific knowledge or additional tools to set the color.
The previous model supports printing up to two layers and it is necessary to decide already during the installation of the printer whether to print white + color or color + white.
The UJV100-160 Plus, however, has the “pull-back” printing function, which allows printing up to three layers. This new feature allows both modes to be printed regardless of the ink color matrix. Furthermore, it provides added value to the printing process and the application itself.

The most common labels and stickers are made by printing onto a substrate and then using Finalcut9 cutting process software.
Now you can process output for cutting directly from RasteLink7 to Mimaki CG-AR series cutting plotters, improving operator efficiency during cutting operations. This process allows direct connection between printing and cutting machines even if the output PC does not have the software installed.
