The JFX220-2515 is Mimaki’s new UV LED flatbed with a 250 × 150 cm print area, for better use of the table, and media up to 10 cm thick. For the first time, EFS-150 fluorescent inks join CMYK and the special colors Primer, Clear and White, while 4 white ink channels deliver high coverage and clarity. The printer is no larger than the JFX200-2513 EX, yet prints up to twice as fast.
LARGE FORMAT UV LED FLATBED PRINTER WITH DOUBLE THE PRODUCTIVITY
The new Mimaki JFX220-2515 sets a new standard for UV LED digital printing on rigid media, combining high productivity, precision and application versatility. Designed for a market increasingly focused on efficiency and customization, it introduces innovative technologies such as ANCHOR TECHNOLOGY, to speed up print table preparation, and the new LD4 mode, to print on uneven surfaces too. With speeds of up to 51 m²/h, a 250 × 150 cm print area and new decorative options thanks to fluorescent inks and 2.5D printing, it opens up new business opportunities in visual communication, interior design, decoration and industry.
LD4 mode
The new LD4 mode of the Mimaki JFX220-2515 prints directly on uneven, curved and shaped surfaces with up to 2 cm between the print head and the media, expanding customization options and opening up new applications.
250 × 150 cm print area
To meet market needs, the JFX220-2515 offers a larger 250 × 150 cm print area, optimized for the standard panel sizes used in Europe, and prints on media up to 101.6 mm thick without optional units.
Inks
The Mimaki range gains new Pink and Yellow UV fluorescent inks. They reproduce fluorescent colors for high-impact graphics on large format signage, displays, personalized items and many other applications.
Anchor Technology
ANCHOR TECHNOLOGY, the new media suction system developed by Mimaki, makes media positioning easier and significantly reduces print preparation time, with no need to mask the table by hand.
