At both Bompan locations, within spacious multi-purpose areas, there are also Training Rooms where group or one-on-one training courses are held.
Our aim is to support our customers’ businesses by providing all the necessary know-how. Mimaki and Trotec technologies update quickly and allow constant evolution.
We know that in order to be able to exploit the full potential of our machines, it is important to have a thorough understanding of the product and its functions. That is why we offer a comprehensive program of courses (hardware, software and application), organized according to degree of knowledge and divided into different types to maximize learning.
Our customer support begins already at the time of installation. The after-sales service package includes the installation of the machine in accordance with precise Mimaki and Trotec procedures This is operator training, where our specialist technician goes into detail about the hardware and software functions, so that the customer is autonomous in using the machine immediately after installation. The courses can also be provided subsequently, with a personalized session at the Customer’s premises or Bompan offices.
