How to find the machine serial number

To complete the request, you will be asked to enter the machine serial number. The serial number is shown on the identification label applied directly to the machine, located on the side of the machine, near the network connection (LAN) and the power cable.

  • Machine model → highlighted in orange
  • Serial number → highlighted in green

Note: please enter the serial number exactly as shown on the label, without spaces or additional characters.
