Emboss print upto 5mm

Achieve stunning 3D textures and tactile surfaces with precision. The printer enables raised emboss printing up to 5 mm, adding depth and premium finish to signage, packaging, and decorative products.

Hi-Speed Primer Function

Integrated high-speed primer layer printing allows faster multi-layer production. Compared to previous models, the Plus II e applies primer in a dedicated fast mode, reducing total print time while maintaining perfect adhesion on diverse materials.

LD mode

The extended LD mode supports printing on materials up to 10 mm thick, expanding compatibility with rigid substrates such as wood, metal, glass, and acrylic without compromising precision or quality.

FEATURES OF THE UJV55-320

Efficient and versatile simultaneous double roll printing

Taking advantage of the 3,200 mm printing width it is possible to mount two rolls for greater efficiency. The two reels can be made two different printing jobs. The user can select, within a specific range (from 210 up to 1,524mm), the preferred width for each reel.

Print without interruptions

Automatic maintenance for uninterrupted printing:

  • NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) automatically checks the condition of the nozzles
  • When missing nozzles are detected, they are cleaned automatically
  • If nozzles are still missing after cleaning, NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) will automatically replace them with working nozzles, so you don’t have to wait for the axis to intervene.

Printing on transparent media is made possible by using highly opaque white ink as a primer or spot color

Prints a white layer between the color ones ensuring excellent results both with and without backlighting.

Blockout performance

High ‘Blockout’ performance for backlit signage
The main characteristic of UV curing is the thickness of the ink layer on the substrate, which allows for greater ‘blockout’ performance compared to other printing methods. This is particularly advantageous in backlit signage applications where the ability to block the backlight in certain areas improves overall performance and vibrancy of the illuminated color.

 

MCT – Mimaki Circulation Technology

The continuous circulation of the white ink in the duct and in the tank prevents the pigments from settling.
