Thanks to UV-DTF (Direct to Film) technology, the UJV300DTF-75 allows for vibrant, high-resolution designs to be transferred onto curved, irregular, or textured surfaces with ease. Raster Link 6 Plus has been updated with new 4-layer print preview* and ID Cut functions, exclusive to the UJV300 DTF 75.
These functions are capable of reducing the work process, increasing productivity. In addition, the RIP update supports PDF file versions 1.5 or higher, with additional enhancement of processing functions.

L’inchiostro UV, quando esposto alla luce UV (Ultra Violet), si fissa sul substrato. Questo permette al materiale di essere lavorato immediatamente dopo la stampa, inclusi i processi di laminazione e taglio. Inoltre, l’inchiostro UV non richiede una superficie specifica e può stampare su un’ampia varietà di materiali.
Stampa immagini qualitativamente incredibili con la stampa ad alta velocità
La prima roll to roll Mimaki che supporta la stampa in rilievo 2.5D , ereditata dalle nostre stampanti flatbed. Gli strati di inchiostro UV sono applicati per creare una texture materica. Questo rende possibile la simulazione di effetti ritrovabili ad esempio in opere d’arte come nella pittura ad olio e nelle venature del legno.
E’ disponibile la funzione di stampa di filigrane che permette di rivelare parte dell’immagine solo quando esposta a retroilluminazione o in controluce. Questa caratteristica permette di creare design unici che attirano l’attenzione.
L’inchiostro trasparente clear aggiunge valore alle applicazioni. Il finish lucido dona un senso di lusso con la sua brillantezza gloss. Il finish opaco dona eleganza con il suo effetto matte. Può far risaltare così effetti materici nella texture che esaltano il design stampato.
Il software RasterLink7 include 129 pattern che possono essere utilizzati come texture in Adobe Illustrator. L’inchiostro trasparente clear può essere anche utilizzato per dare un prezioso effetto smerigliato a superfici vetrate di uffici e spazi dove necessario garantire maggiore privacy.

Le stampanti UV sono Eco-Friendly
Le stampanti UV utilizzano fonti di luce UV-LED per polimerizzare gli inchiostri. Queste luci hanno un consumo basso e una lunga durata, caratteristiche che le rendono Eco-Friendly.
La UCJV330-160 è incredibilmente efficiente dal punto di vista energetico. Consuma circa la metà dell’energia di una convenzionale stampante eco-solvent e preserva circa un terzo dell’energia impiegata da una convenzionale stampante latex.* In un periodo storico caratterizzato dalla consapevolezza ambientale, la riduzione dei costi dell’energia è un’attività molto importante.
Utilizzano inchiostri UV ecologici
Gli inchiostri utilizzati per la Serie 330 sono UV ed ecologici e generano quasi zero VOC**. Polimerizzano senza l’irradiazione di luce UV a lunghezza d’onda corta che genera ozono.
