Emboss print upto 5mm

Achieve stunning 3D textures and tactile surfaces with precision. The printer enables raised emboss printing up to 5 mm, adding depth and premium finish to signage, packaging, and decorative products.

Hi-Speed Primer Function

Integrated high-speed primer layer printing allows faster multi-layer production. Compared to previous models, the Plus II e applies primer in a dedicated fast mode, reducing total print time while maintaining perfect adhesion on diverse materials.

LD mode

The extended LD mode supports printing on materials up to 10 mm thick, expanding compatibility with rigid substrates such as wood, metal, glass, and acrylic without compromising precision or quality.

FEATURES OF THE JFX200 SERIES
Eco-friendly UV LED curing unit

The UV LED curing unit has an exceptionally long life and ensures low energy consumption. Using only low temperatures, the JFX200 Series can also print on heat-sensitive materials.
The VOC emissions are very low and the smell of the ink is also very light, both of these aspects make the machine an eco-friendly and user-friendly solution. A green and healthy working environment capable of producing prints that can also be easily placed indoors, such as graphics for restaurants.

2-layer print

Printing of two layers, white and color or color and white, can be done simultaneously. A layer of white can always be applied even with great precision in order to bring the colors to their maximum brilliance even on transparent or colored materials.

Direct printing on thick materials

Infinite graphics can be printed not only on conventional materials such as paper, but also directly on supports with a thickness of up to 50mm, thus increasing the number of applications that can be created!

Special ink supply unit

Thanks to a special ink supply unit, it is possible to use 1L bottles, placing them in the ink station as they are. The bottles can in fact be inserted easily and quickly directly from the front of the printer, thus speeding up the ink replacement process.

Suction units and valves

The suction unit can be set to ON/OFF directly from the control panel located on the front of the printer. From the same panel I can control the two separate partitions (in the X direction) of the vacuum table. The suction valve positioned on the front of the JFX200 Series allows you to control the area much more than easily.

Greater productivity

Print on/off functionality increases performance and productivity. This feature allows you to load or unload print material on one side of the table while printing on the other, with significant benefits in terms of efficiency and productivity.

 

High print quality

MAPS System (Mimaki Advanced Pass System)
The exclusive anti-banding feature of Mimaki MAPS ensures that the edges between one pass and another are printed smooth and with fewer ink drops, thus ensuring spectacular prints and of the highest quality even at the highest speeds.

Gradual shades and perfect colors are created thanks to the Mimaki system of micrometric control of the movement of the print head

The variable drop technology works with 3 different types of drops at once. This allows gradual and natural shades, without grainy effects, even when printing in only 4 colours.

Numerous inks available:

  • LH-100: ink with high resistance to scratches and chemicals
  • LUS-120: flexible ink, up to 170%
  • LUS-150: flexible ink, up to 150%
  • LUS-200: highly flexible ink, up to 200%

Nozzle reset function

This function temporarily restores any deflected nozzles, so the operator is able to continue printing with the same quality level, without any machine downtime.

 

Mimaki Circulation Technology (MCT)

This innovative ink circulation system promotes the regular circulation of white ink, eliminating the risk of pigment deposits and reducing waste for the benefit of the environment.

Square pliers for easy positioning of the material

Angled calipers eliminate alignment problems.
The machine is equipped with square grippers to ensure precise alignment of the material on the table. It is sufficient to fix the support to the pliers, check its position and then set the working parameters. The result will be a print without misalignments.
