Emboss print upto 5mm

Achieve stunning 3D textures and tactile surfaces with precision. The printer enables raised emboss printing up to 5 mm, adding depth and premium finish to signage, packaging, and decorative products.

Hi-Speed Primer Function

Integrated high-speed primer layer printing allows faster multi-layer production. Compared to previous models, the Plus II e applies primer in a dedicated fast mode, reducing total print time while maintaining perfect adhesion on diverse materials.

LD mode

The extended LD mode supports printing on materials up to 10 mm thick, expanding compatibility with rigid substrates such as wood, metal, glass, and acrylic without compromising precision or quality.

LED UV printing requires no drying time for fast delivery

UV ink, when exposed to UV (Ultra Violet) light, bonds to the substrate. This allows the material to be processed immediately after printing, including lamination and cutting processes. Additionally, UV ink does not require a specific surface and can print on a wide variety of materials.

Create high-value applications with clear ink that expands creative horizons

The first Mimaki roll to roll that supports 2.5D relief printing, inherited from our flatbed printers. Layers of UV ink are applied to create a material texture. This makes it possible to simulate effects found, for example, in works of art such as oil painting and wood grain.

UV printers use UV-LED light sources to cure inks. These lights have low consumption and long life, characteristics that make them Eco-Friendly.

The UCJV330-160 is incredibly energy efficient. It consumes about half the energy of a conventional eco-solvent printer and preserves about a third of the energy used by a conventional latex printer.* In a historical period characterized by environmental awareness, reducing energy costs is an activity very important.

The inks used for the 330 Series are UV and eco-friendly and generate almost zero VOC**. They cure without the irradiation of ozone-generating short-wavelength UV light.
