3DFF-222 is the new filament 3D printer perfect for creating objects that can then be customized with flatbed Mimaki 2D printers or for producing templates or ad hoc instrumentation for internal processes.

3DFF-222 (*1) is a desktop 3D printer using FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) technology (*2), and forms objects of sizes up to 210 x 200 x 195 mm (8.3 x 7.9 x 7.7 in) (W x D x H).
It is a perfect partner for Mimaki flat-bed UV printers in a wide range of applications like in-house production of print jigs, three-dimensional signs, and manufacturing of molds for vacuum forming.

Desktop filament 3D printer
100% biodegradable filament cartridges
The printer uses polylactic acid (PLA) filament cartridges, a rigid and robust 100% biodegradable eco-plastic that allows you to produce 3D models free of environmental hormones.
Simply insert the cartridge into the printer: the filament is automatically mounted and inserted into the print nozzle. The printer can also be set to cut the filament after use, thus simplifying the operator’s work.
3DFF-222 has a flexible metal worktable that allows for easy and safe object removal without the need for a scraper. The modeling table also has a built-in temperature control function that stabilizes the production process.
The 5-inch color touch panel displays instructions making modeling simple and efficient.
The integrated camera and LED lighting allow remote monitoring during processing.
A dedicated app is also available for installation on mobile phones or tablets.
HEPA filter
HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters purify the air. Applied to 3DFF-222, they ensure that only clean air is emitted into the environment.
The excellent performance of the motor minimizes the noise emission, only 45 dB (noise level comparable to that of a museum). This makes it possible to simultaneously perform other jobs in the same room without any disturbance.
